So its finally done after 2 months I some time take "photo trips" were I try to find some architecture that I would like to draw. I was just going down the street on one of these trips, when I saw this. It was a day light pic, but I drew it as a night pic and added the people. And yes it is at an angle, thats the way I drew it. I hope you like it
